How do I restore Pro?
Open Settings in Local Box, then tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase.
Where is my budget stored?
Your books are stored on your device with iOS data protection. Local Box does not operate a server that receives them.
How does iCloud backup work?
It is off until you turn it on in Settings. The backup file is saved in your own iCloud Drive container and is not sent to us.
Which statement files can I import?
Local Box imports CSV, OFX, and QFX files. You preview the rows and duplicates before committing the import.

Local Box is built by Bedrock Group LLC. The app works without a Local Box account and does not collect personal or financial data.
No Local Box account
There is no sign-up, email collection, or developer-operated cloud account.
No financial data collection
We do not collect your amounts, payees, categories, notes, account balances, or receipts.
No tracking or advertising
Local Box contains no advertising, third-party analytics, or cross-app tracking.
You choose every copy
Export and iCloud backup are optional. Those files stay in the location you choose, not on our servers.
Apple services
Purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. If you enable iCloud backup, Apple stores the encrypted backup under your Apple Account. Apple’s handling of those services is governed by Apple’s privacy policy.
Your controls
You can edit or delete entries in the app, delete receipt images, turn backup off, export readable copies, or delete Local Box and its on-device data at any time.
Children and changes
Because Local Box collects no personal data, it does not knowingly collect children’s information. Material policy changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
